BUILD A POSITIVE TEAM AND FAMILY SPIRIT!
This is my favorite core value, hands down. Maybe because positivity is a must for me, and the fact that I enjoy going to work every day because of the people I work with. Being from the midwest, its hard to have a strong family support system when they all live thousands of miles away. I call my co-workers, "fro-workers", (friend-co-workers), because they're just that. :) They're my extended family, I see them 5 days a week after all! Without them and their constant encouragement, it would be really hard to make it through each day positively.
It's essential to embody and exemplify this core value every day. In a perfect world we would get along with everyone we work with, encounter, etc. But who gets along with all of their family members all the time? No one. But at the end of the day there is still love and you would do anything for your family.
It's always important to work towards that greater goal. That goal is to make a difference, to impact the world, to be the change we want to see. And that can only happen when we work together as a team, a family. With a positive attitude and willingness to creatie unity with those around you, you can't go wrong. That 'family spirit' is what can get us through our toughest of days.
So reach out to those around you, embrace them, build that positive team and family spirit. And in the end, your life will be happier, more fulfilled, and joyous.
