Mueller College Core Value #9- Push yourself to ensure that you are the best you can be everyday

"You are doing your best only when you are trying to improve what you are doing"
-Anynomous
Each and every day you wake up, eat some breakfast (if you don't, start!), get dressed, brush your teeth, and head out to conquer the day. At least, you should have the "lets conquer the day" mentailty- everyone should want to. You have the ability to decide how you want to approach the day and what to do with the tools you're given. You should have the drive to make each day better than your last. You should be striving to exceed expectations (remember Core Value #5?) You should always...
Push yourself to ensure that you are the best you can be everyday.
People who slack don't prosper, they're not successful in their life goals. As Albert Einstein said, "we have to do the best we can. This is our sacred human responsibility." You are responsible for your successes! It's up to you to learn new things and to push yourself to better your life and the lives of those around you. I know it's scary and I know it's uncomfortable to push yourself where you've never been before- but trust me... it will be worth it. Because it's then when you find new motivating factors and new skills that you never even knew you had. It's then when you succeed and make something of yourself. Don't ever be afraid to get to that next level, and never stop pushing to be the best you can possibly be!
